Riken Vitamin has turned its Malaysian subsidiary, Rikevita (Malaysia) into a wholly-owned subsidiary on 23 December 2021.
It will additionally acquire 12.6 million shares and its ownership percentage will increase from 90% to 100%.
The company will produce improvers for food and chemical products. Since the improver business is the core business of Riken Vitamin, it aims to grow and expand the improver business by strengthening collaboration within the group and speeding up decision-making.
