Malaysia’s frozen processed food manufacturer, Saudee Group Bhd has signed an agreement with Hong Kong-based Top Standard Corporation (TSC) to collaborate and develop products for the North Asian market.
This follows the recent appointment of TSC as distributor for the Hong Kong, Macau and China markets. Saudee Group will work with TSC on identifying key markets for frozen Halal meats and processed Halal foods to create a new line of high-quality RTE meals that meet Northern Asians’ taste buds. TSC will also work with Saudee Group to develop the products for the huge Chinese market.
Saudee Group is aware of the distinct differences in local flavours and recipes between countries, as such it is planning to create a new line of frozen meats, processed food and other processed products that are more suitable to this market.
This will not only allow Saudee Group to capture China’s Halal food market but also to cater to other Northern Asian consumers.
Saudee is one of the largest processed frozen food manufacturers in Malaysia with 500 employees. It specialises in the manufacturing of frozen processed food products such as burger patties, nuggets and sausages.
