A global dietary shift to plant-based proteins has begun. Research indicates that consumers perceive plant-based options to be a healthy inclusion to their diet, and better for the planet. In fact, 70% of consumers say that they actively seek products with good sources of plant protein, and 67% of consumers say they are willing to spend more for products made with plant-based ingredients1.
