AnyMind Group has recently announced that its Indonesian unit, Digital Distribusi Indonesia (DDI) had signed a partnership agreement in Indonesia with Mead Johnson, a major powdered milk manufacturer that is an UK-based subsidiary of Reckitt Beckinser.
DDI will be appointed as the e-commerce enable and will offer comprehensive store support operation, inventory management and customer support etc for its e-commerce malls which include Tokopedia, one of the largest online malls in Indonesia.
By using AnyMind’s e-commerce management platform ‘AnyX’ and conversational commerce platform ‘AnyChat’, it aims to expand brand recognition and promote sales of Mead Johnson products in Indonesia.
