South Korea’s chicken franchise, Kkanbu Chicken has opened its 1st overseas outlet in Manila’s Solaire Resort, as it is planning to expand its brand globally.
The company aims to boost its brand awareness and strengthen the flavor image of Korean-style chicken through its own recipes, products, and local events.
A Kkanbu spokesperson said, “Considering the growing attention on K-food, especially K-chicken, including the chimaek (fried chicken and beer) culture abroad, we plan to expand our territory further from the first Philippine store, allowing more consumers to experience the Kkanbu Chicken brand.”
