During the Speciality Food and Drinks Asia 2023 event in Singapore, Curated Culture Pte Ltd has introduced 2 flavours of functional drink which it claims to help relief stress.
The 2 flavors are ‘Original Green Tea’ and ‘Lychee Rose’, but according to Christian Eviston-Putsch, CEO and Co-Founder, Lychee Rose is the clear winner. Christian added, “Our intention is to launch only one of them and Lychee Rose was the clear winner by far with the audience.”
Lychee Rose Relax is designed to aid in stress-relief. It is based on the research findings related to the gut-brain axis, where there is a 2-way communication between our brain and our gut. Both equally affect our wellbeing. Hence, Curated Culture designed a beverage that helps with stress relief in both areas.
The drink contains ashwaghanda, good for mental stress relief and calming the mind, and probiotics which helps to balance and calm the gut. When both ingredients combined together offer a holistic approach to help consumers relax and de-stress.
The company is planning to launch Lychee Rose in 1st quarter 2024 with 1 to 2 new flavors added in 2024. The drink, which contains all natural ingredients, is suitable for adults and children above the age of 4. Lychee Rose will be retailing at S$3.90 (US$2.90) in a 240ml can packaging. Additional savings can be enjoyed when ordering cartons of 24 units.
Christian concluded, “Curated Culture aims to broaded its offerings in the Sports & Wellness category to address consumers’ needs during different occasions of their daily lives. From a business growth perspective, we have been growing the business in Singapore and retailing for close to 2 years. For 2024, we are planning to expand to Australia and Europe. Part of this strategy will be to work closely with distributors that can support our growth plans.”
